"Oh, the weather outside is frightful," as I write this newsletter. It's Saturday, and it's snowing like crazy. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Come in to the store from December 26-29 for an inside sidewalk sale called, "We Don't Want to Count It, So Come In and Buy It Sale." We'll have tables of merchandise ready for you. You can buy one item and get another item of equal or lesser value for free. (In-stock items only.)
For those of you who are too far away to come into the store, we'll have an assortment of sale items on line.
Our fingers and calculators will be happy if you buy lots and lots. The less we have to count, the better!

Ornaments for Flood Relief
|
|
|
Our wonderful members of the Crosse Stitchery Cafe have stitched wonderful ornaments for flood releif. Each finished ornament is only $15 and all proceeds go to flood relief. Come in to the store, choose an ornament from the tree, and help our neighbors who suffered so much during the August floods.

Hints of What's to Come in 2008
|
|
We have lots of plans for 2008. Here are some hints of things to come:
We have 20 spots open for our Crosse Stitchery Cafe. Those that are in it now have first serve, but if you're interested, sign up now. The group meets the second Saturday of each month from 10a-12p. We have lots and lots of fun! Next year, the cost is $40 for the whole year. But, if you sign up and pay before December 31, the cost is only $30.
Plan on having fun with the "Countdown to 50" promotion. In December of 2008, Judy will turn 50 (yikes). You can reap the rewards of this milestone each month. More information will come in the January newsletter.
We'll be holding another retreat on March 28, 29 and 30 with A Stitch in Time. This retreat will be at Stoney Creek. We'll have more information in January, but hold the dates now.
We'll continue with our Spotlight-Designer-of-the-Month series in 2008. To accompany it, we will offer a kit-of-the-month by that designer. Expect 25% savings on the kit, and a $25 framing gift certificate when you're finished stitching the kit. You will not have to sign up to get the kit each month. You can decide if you want it once you see it. So, there's no obligation....only fun.
We don't have our entire class schedule cemented, but plan on the following dates:

*February ? - Hardanger Pincushion
There will be a new Lizzie*Kate Flip-It series.
